We value your time and our business, which is why we have policies in place that protect both. To ensure that the booking process runs smoothly for all parties involved, please take a moment to read our policies before scheduling an appointment. Thank you for your cooperation!
Cancellation policy: All appointments must be cancelled 24 hours prior to avoid being charged a 50% cancellation fee. No shows will be charged 100% of the service fee. This fee will not be applied to future services. If the card on file declines you will be unable to book again until the balance is paid.
Wax appointment late policy: A grace period of 10 minutes is granted for these appointments. Anything past the 10 minutes could result in your appointment being cancelled. A 50% cancellation fee will be applied. If I can fit your appointment in that day I will always make the effort to accommodate you.
Lash appointment late policy: There is a 15 minute grace period for lash appointments. I am more flexible with these as the duration of the service is long, so I may take you after the 15 minutes, however this will run into your service time. Please arrive on time to get the most out of your appointment.
No children or extra guests please.
All services are non-refundable.
When you arrive, please text me to let me know and I will unlock the door to let you in. I prioritize our safety and keep my private studio locked at all times.

I am experienced in both soft and hard wax, however I use only hard wax for my bikini services, as well as underarms. I will use soft wax (strip wax) for larger areas such as back, legs, etc.

If you compare waxing and shaving, there are many advantages you'll find you get by waxing. The first being that your hair will take much longer to grow back. When you shave, you're only removing the hair at the skin level, so many people find that they're shaving every few days. When you get waxed, we remove the hair from the follicle, so you'll get about 2 full weeks of smooth skin before the hair begins to regrow. Overtime, because the hair is being removed from the follicle, you will see a significant reduction of hair regrowth.

I book out my Brazilian waxing service for 30 minutes. This includes the time it takes to undress, and checkout. Typically the actual wax will take about 15-20 minutes.

I don't allow any guests into the room during waxing services. The only guests allowed, would be a mother to a minor. Extra guests can be a distraction while I work, and I need to be able to put my full attention on the task at hand. The wax room is not a child proof environment, and there is too much risk of a child touching something such as hot wax or sharp tools. Please leave your children, boyfriends, and friends at home during your wax. This is a short and intimate service, I promise it'll be a better experience for both of us if I can focus on making sure you're comfortable and doing my job to the best of my abilities.

Yes, usually for most people a Brazilian wax will be a bit painful. This will vary from person to person, depending on hair density, skin type, etc. The first wax will always be the most painful, but by the second and third wax you'll notice a significant difference. The pain is short and quick, so once it's over you shouldn't be experiencing pain.

When thinking about waxing, keep in mind a few factors. If you're on oral antibiotics, it's not recommended to get waxed due to possible effects on your skin's sensitivity.
Diabetes, especially if insulin-dependent, requires a doctor's note for safe waxing. Skin can be prone to infection and more sensitive to bruising, bleeding, or tearing.
Certain medications like blood thinners and oral/topical acne treatments (like Accutane) aren't great companions for waxing. Wait at least six months after stopping Accutane, as it thins skin.
Using over-the-counter acne treatments or prescription skin meds like Retin-A or Renova can lead to skin issues during waxing. If you have recently received a chemical peel, refrain from waxing the area for a few weeks to avoid complications.
Lastly, sunburned skin is a no-go for waxing. Let your skin heal before scheduling a waxing session.

2-3 weeks of hair growth from the last time you shaved is required, but the longer the better! I prefer 3-4 if possible for best results. Hair must be at least a quarter of an inch long. Waxing hair that is still too short will make it difficult for your waxer to remove 100% of the hair.

Waxing is recommended every 4-6 weeks for most areas, underarms are usually the exception at 3 weeks minimum. The more consistently you wax, the quicker you will notice hair growth minimizing.

Yes, you can absolutely get waxed while menstruating, as long as you wear a tampon for sanitation purposes. Some women find that waxing during their period is more uncomfortable, due to hormones. This isn't always the case for each individual, as some women don't experience a significant difference, but it is a possibility.

Once you've decided you're ready to take the plunge and switch over to waxing, it's important to exfoliate and hydrate your skin for the days or weeks leading up to your appointment. Gently exfoliate the area 3x a week, and moisturize daily for optimal results. Some people like taking ibuprofen 30 minutes prior to their wax for pain management.

A Brazilian wax includes a removal of all the hair from front to back. It is optional to leave a strip or a triangle of hair in the front if you would like to. The butt strip is the hair between the cheeks only, and is usually the least painful area to wax. This is included in the service, but if you feel uncomfortable with it, you may opt out of it.

Yes, many women actually start getting waxed while they are pregnant, because it can become more challenging to shave.
